Brazilian Teak:

It is also known as Cumaru and has a Janka rating of 3540. This specie of hardwood is one of the hardest options available. Although this flooring has minimum graining, sometimes you can find streaks of dark grains in it. It comes in tones of medium brown which give a very warm look to your house.

Kempas:

Though it is not as hard as other flooring options, with a Janka rating of just 1710, it is highly durable. It is a reddish-pinkish brown wood from Indonesia and Malaysia. One of the biggest flaws of this wood is that it with more and more exposure to sunlight, it seems to become darker in colour thus looking the warm feel that it gives in the initial time.
